Located in a quiet and up-and-coming neighborhood, the home sits across from a building awaiting city redevelopment — a sign of positive growth in the area. The neighborhood itself is peaceful, walkable, and safe.  
  
The backyard is a shared space, ideal for relaxing or soaking up some sun. It’s undergoing an exciting transformation later this year to offer even more outdoor enjoyment.

The Space:  
Welcome to your Miami getaway — a cozy and comfortable 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom home located in a quiet, up-and-coming neighborhood. This thoughtfully appointed home is perfect for families, small groups, or remote workers looking to relax and recharge while staying close to everything Miami has to offer.  
  
Each of the three bedrooms is equipped with a Smart TV, soft linens, and ample storage, giving every guest their own private retreat. The shared bathroom is stocked with essentials — towels, toiletries, and a clean, modern feel to keep your stay hassle-free.  
  
Whip up meals in the fully stocked kitchen, complete with cookware, dishware, a full-size fridge, and appliances for your everyday needs. The inviting living area is ideal for lounging, catching up on your favorite shows, or simply enjoying time together.  
  
Guests also have access to in-unit laundry (supplies not provided), making this home especially ideal for longer stays. The shared backyard offers a peaceful outdoor space and is scheduled for a transformation later this year to further enhance your experience.  
  
\*\*\*While the neighborhood is quiet and safe, please note there is an abandoned building across the street currently awaiting redevelopment — a sign of the area's growth and change. Despite this, the home provides a serene environment just minutes from key areas like Wynwood, Midtown, and the Design District.  
  
Whether you're visiting for work or vacation, this 3-bedroom retreat offers the comfort, convenience, and value you’re looking for in the heart of Miami.  
  
Guest Access:  
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire 3-bedroom villa. This includes all three private bedrooms, a full bathroom, comfortable living space perfect for relaxation, and a fully equipped kitchen complete with appliances and essential cookware. Guests are also welcome to utilize the in-unit laundry facilities for their convenience, however laundry supplies are not provided. Please be aware that the backyard is a shared space with other potential residents or guests in the studio unit. Although the studio is located at the back of the home, it has no access to the areas designated for your use, nor does it have access to the interior of the villa.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
Nestled in a developing Miami neighborhood, you'll find our home a convenient base for exploring the city. While the area is undergoing improvements, you're just a short drive from the vibrant energy of Wynwood, known for its colorful street art and trendy restaurants. Design District, with its upscale boutiques and art galleries, is also within easy reach. For those seeking sun and sand, Miami Beach is a quick trip away. You'll find a mix of local eateries and shops nearby, offering a taste of the local culture. We're close to major roads, providing easy access to all that Miami has to offer.  
  
Getting Around:  
Getting around from our centrally located home is a breeze! Public transportation options include nearby bus routes along major thoroughfares, offering convenient access to various parts of Miami. For those arriving by air, Miami International Airport (MIA) is approximately a 15-20 minute drive, depending on traffic. We offer free parking on the premises and free street parking, making it easy for you to explore the city by car. Major transit hubs like the Metrorail system are also easily accessible, providing another way to navigate Miami without the hassle of driving. Travel times to key destinations vary depending on traffic, but you'll find that our location provides a great base for exploring everything Miami has to offer.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
\*\*Shared Thermostat Disclosure\*\*   
The thermostat is locked from 70-75 degrees in order to protect the HVAC system. The system will be set to 72 degrees as a standard. Please do not turn off the HVAC at any time.  
  
Interaction with Guests:  
We offer self-check-in via smart locks for flexibility and ease. While we don’t live on the property, we’re always available by phone or message should you need anything — from help during your stay to local recommendations.
