Located at 5225 Collins Avenue in the South of Mid Beach directly on the beach this location is recognized for its intimacy, charm, and direct access to the beach. It is the perfect spot for singles or families, is safe and friendly. We are less than 3 miles to the center of South Beach. Local activities include delicious eateries, fine dining, tourist attractions and night life. The beach and boardwalk are just steps away from our pool area where we have two heated pools and hot tubs. HORA VACATION RENTALS manages many of the finest units at the Alexander. Our many years of highest ratings and reputation are evident by our independent guest reviews. Apartment 1005 on 10th floor, located on the south side, means sunshine all day, is a brand new, September 2024, contemporary apartment with style and sophistication. 3 Bedrooms and 2 Full Bathrooms, porcelain tile floors, solid surface counter tops, full kitchen and bar counter, beautiful direct ocean views, and 10 ft balcony with lounges and chairs. Master bedroom with XL king bed (which can also be separated as to XL twin beds) and a single twin bed. The second bedroom has 2 twins which can be combined as a double king, and a 3rd bedroom has a Queen size bed. There is space in living room for a folding bed. This apartment has all the comforts of home. Kitchen includes all major and small appliances, is fully stocked with utensils, pots, pans, dishes, etc. The dining room provides seating for 6-8\. Wi-Fi and Cable TV included, washer/dryer in unit. Extra guests: Base rate includes sleeping up to 5 guests, each additional guest is $45 per night up to maximum of 7 guests. Our resort has some of the finest amenities along Miami Beach, so you feel like royalty during your stay.
