We got there a little earlier and was able to checkin about an hour before which was nice. Kat met us in the Lobby and she was very nice. We went up to the apartment and upon initial view it looked clean, but when we started to move around the apartment, we realized it was not as clean as we thought so we had to buy cleaner and we cleaned the kitchen counters and baths. Also, The carpet in the living room was not vacuumed. After that, on the second day, the master bath shower was leaking from the ceiling and we didn’t feel comfortable showering there so that was a bummer. We reported this and someone came to look at it and said it was coming from the apartment upstairs. Looking at the ceiling, it seemed that this wasn’t the first leak. For the remainder of the stay we could not use the shower. The best part of the apartment was the floor to ceiling windows which allowed for an amazing view of the city and the river. With the exception of the cleaning and shower mishaps, we had a decent stay. ##### Paula E. Miami Vacation Rentals manages this property; they were super nice and responsive. The unit itself was sparkling clean. It is large enough for 2 couples or a family of 4\. The residences have access to the W Hotel pool, which is amazing, especially for swimmers. ##### Joan O.
