Stay in style at The Blue, a centrally-located condo-hotel in Miami. Just 20 minutes from downtown, 35 minutes to South Beach, and a few minutes from the airport. The Blue is nestled in 17 lush acres, adjacent to Miami's most famous golf course, "The Blue Monster." Enjoy spacious accommodations, a peaceful swimming pool, sundeck with pool bar, signature restaurant, massage services at Spa Azul, and 24-hour gym. !

2 full bathrooms fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, wash cloths, towels, and a hair dryer.

Fully stocked with pots & pans, plates, cups, mugs, utensils, cooking tools, coffee pot, refrigerator, and 2-in1 Microwave and convection oven. The dining area has seating for 5 with all the necessary dinnerware.   
  
OUTDOOR SPACE:  
Balcony is equipped with outdoor furniture to lounge and enjoy the South Florida weather.   
  
AMMENITIES:  
You are free to use the community pool and 24 hour gym.   
  
PARKING:  
Free parking is available. You can park in any spot.

Free wifi, We provide a starter pack of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, & toiletry) for your first few nights. You may need to purchase more depending on use.

•NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS In case of a party or gathering to avoid cancellation with NO REFUND of unused nights. No Illegal activities allowed.  
  
•EXTRA GUESTS not allowed without prior authorization.   
  
•There are security cameras in the resort in different location.  
All of them are recording 24/7 and for security purposes. There is no camera inside the apartment or in any private area or inside bedrooms.  
  
•No smoking inside $250 fine

•Be mindful of the noise to respect the neighbors. Keep noise down after 9pm and please keep noise to a minimum in the front of the house.  
  
•Due to the property having a septic tank please ONLY flush toilet paper in toilets.

•We do inventory after each stay and any missing items, heavily soiled or damaged linen/towels, clogged toilets, excessive dirtiness or indoor smoking will be charged accordingly.
