Experience Miami from this luxury 2-bedroom condo on the 47th floor of the iconic Icon Brickell 3 (W Hotel Tower). Enjoy panoramic views of Biscayne Bay and the Brickell skyline, sunrise to sunset, from your private open balcony, living room, and main bedroom. (No construction!! Balcony is open with the stunning views from Bedroom, Living Room, Kitchen and of course! from balcony)  
  
\*\*Please note that amenity access is restricted by HOA to two adult guests and two minor (under 18) guests. You can have 4 adult guests stay in the unit however you'll need to choose which two adult guests would like to use the amenity access at one time. Other two adult guests will not be able to join them\*\*  
  
The guests can access the entire apartment, all the amenities such as the several cafes located in the buildings and parking lot, gym, spa, movie theater, and the restaurants located in the building.   
  
\*Note that the indoor Jacuzzis, spa and gym are available on all days.outdoor pool is closed Monday - Thursday and it's open from Friday afternoon till Sunday evening.

I found plenty of parking for a reasonable price. Best time if you want lots of action would be Friday or Saturday night. For a more desolate nights I would recommend Monday thru Thursday night. Here you will find an incredible amount of photography opportunities to shoot for. While like any big city you will find a few homeless folks, the place was very clean and very well kept. We had the best time and wanted to stay longer. The condo was just as pictured, the bed was very comfortable. The view is amazing and we spent a lot of time sitting on the balcony. We loved that there were two fantastic, upscale restaurants on the property. Looking forward to our next stay.

#### Great Condo with a Fantastic View!

This property is clean, nicely decorated, and has the most comfortable beds! The view is incredible. We utilized the fitness center, pool and restaurants on site; all were great! Nick, the host, is very responsive. I highly recommend this property!

Everything here was smooth. Check-in was easy. The unit was clean, well-stocked for both parents and kids. The building is beautiful and amenities are nice!

This place was perfect! Our group of 4 had the best time ever. The place was super clean, nicely decorated, great views, and great location. The amenities surpassed our expectations. Amazing pool, spa and gym. We enjoyed food and drink service on the free daybeds by the pool. Overall we highly recommend this place.
