Guest access Other things to note \*Hotel management requires photos of all guests ID/drivers license prior to check in for anyone occupying the unit to be registered in the system and able to use amenities such as the pool, gym and spa. \*Amenity passes 4 adults per building management. . \*Lost fob is $75 dollar each. \*Late Check-In: A $75 fee applies for check-ins after 12AM. Other things to note As per Miami city ordinances, each unit is limited to a set number of guest amenities passes. For Studio and One-Bedroom Apartments, up to 2 guest amenity passes are available. Other things to note \*\* IMPORTANT NOTICE \*\* Due to construction scheduled remodel on the outside of the building, from November 2025 through October 2026, the pool will be closed Monday through Thursday. It is expected to be open on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, although this may vary depending on weather and the HOA’s work schedule. At some point, depending on the stage of construction, balconies will temporary be closed, and windows will temporary be covered with protective film.
