Welcome to our luxurious unit on the 40th floor in downtown Miami, located in the brand-new Natiivo Residences building. This modern 2bed, 2bath apartment with views of the bay and vibrant cityscape, along with a fully equipped kitchen.  
  
Enjoy building amenities such as a resort-style pool, fitness center, yoga lounge, and on-site dining. Experience the ultimate blend of style, comfort, and breathtaking scenery for an unforgettable stay, all within walking distance of numerous city attractions.

Prepare for a luxurious stay in our 40th-floor corner unit with direct views of Biscayne Bay and Miami’s cityscape, where comfort meets breathtaking scenery.  
  
A team member will be able to greet you at the front desk to facilitate check-in. To ensure a smooth experience, please provide your estimated arrival time in advance and bring a government-issued ID.  
  
Note that a mandatory daily resort fee of $35, payable by card only, is required at check-in.

Parking: Only valet parking is available on-site, with no in/out privileges, and can cost over $50/night. Alternatively, more affordable parking garages are available within a block.  
  
Building Amenities: You have full access to building amenities, including the pool, gym, and on-site dining. However, please note that this unit is managed privately by Nomad Luxury Properties, independent of the hotel’s program. Guests are required to sign a waiver acknowledging this arrangement.  
  
Daily housekeeping is not included, but it can be arranged for an additional fee if needed.
