Host is also a 3rd party (an external property management company). This means it is managed by a third-party provider using a system different from Vrbo. These property managers manage their own reservation processes, which can result in a different experience! Due to this arrangement, Vrbo does not have access to the full payment details or the ability to handle cancellations or modifications for your reservation!
