Kick back and enjoy a chill getaway in this gorgeous, spacious 2-story home located in a peaceful and exclusive neighborhood. With room for up to 12 guests, it’s perfect for family trips or group hangouts. Some cool features include a heated pool, a fully stocked kitchen, and a patio with a BBQ for outdoor dining.  
  
Just a quick heads up: The garage is private. You’re welcome to use the bicycles, but please don't touch anything else since that's off-limits and private property.

➜ Master bedroom (upstairs): Features a king-sized bed, room-darkening shades, a balcony/terrace, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, bathtub, bidet, vanity, and TV.

Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.  
  
Guest Access:  
  
➤ Quick heads up: The garage is private, but you’re welcome to use the bicycles stored inside for your enjoyment. Please avoid touching anything else, including the car and the generator as those items are private and off-limits. Also, note that there is a security camera inside the garage for monitoring purposes. Other than that, you will have access to the entire unit. Please, make yourself at home.  
  
➤ Availability of free driveway parking for 2 cars.

Known for its lush greenery and laid-back vibe, Coconut Grove is filled with boutique shops, art galleries, and waterfront dining options that perfectly capture the spirit of Miami.  
  
Stroll through nearby parks or take in the stunning views along Biscayne Bay. The area is rich in history and culture, with iconic attractions like the Vizcaya Museum and Gardens just a short drive away. It’s a haven for both relaxation and adventure.  
  
Whether you're looking to explore Miami's nightlife, enjoy local cuisine, or simply soak up the tropical atmosphere, Coconut Grove offers something for everyone, all within easy reach.  
  
Getting Around:  
  
Walking: Coconut Grove is a pedestrian-friendly area with shops, restaurants, and parks just a short stroll away.  
  
Public Transit: The Miami-Dade bus system and Metrorail are accessible, connecting you to downtown Miami and beyond.  
  
Biking: Cruise the Grove's scenic streets and bayfront paths using local bike rentals or your own wheels.

➤ I am not responsible for lost packages. If a package arrives at the property while you’re away it will be returned to sender. Please make sure that if you are ordering a package you will physically be there to receive it as I will not be able to track it for you.

Points faibles : Propreté

This is a beautiful home that has been run down by renters and poor, remote management. I have photos and videos of multiple issues which were not addressed, ranging from an operator who never showed up to let us in to glass in the shower to a grill that wasn’t warm enough to a garage gate that stopped working. For the price, stay elsewhere.
