It had not been properly cleaned before our arrival. We also dealt with non-functioning appliances, partial to no hot water, and an ouitdoor grill that caught fire when one of us, a professional chef, attempted to use it. We also had overflowing trash bins and flies to contend with. Lastly the home is not properly maintained and is in disrepair in many of its rooms (especially the one that's sinking). The only plus to the house was its location. The property needs serious repairs and maintenance to be sutibale for guests, regardless of the price. ##### Leanne K.
