Close to Coconut Grove and Coral Gables. Not really in walking distance. Would not venture out after night without car lots of questionable people hang out around the building at night. Secure building with security and underground parking. Close to little Havana as well. 20 minute drive to Miami beach or downtown Bayside Market. Beautiful balcony view and the apartment was very clean and loaded with everything you need. Elevator system to the sixth floor and basement is a little confusing but not bad. Parking is very tight and only will fit a compact car full size cars SUVs and trucks will not fit! Would recommend if you want a view of the city and the airport that's centrally located if you have a small car or a rental. About 50 minute drive to everglades park and 3.5 hours to key west so not bad anywhere you want to go! ##### Brandon V.
