Located at 5225 Collins Avenue in Mid Beach this location is recognized for its intimacy, charm, and direct access to the boardwalk and beach. It is the perfect spot for singles, families or groups in a friendly and safe community. We are less than 3 miles to the center of South Beach and directly on the same road. Local activities include delicious eateries, fine dining, tourist attractions and night life. The beach and boardwalk are just steps away from our pool area where we have two heated pools and hot tubs. HORA VACATION RENTALS manages many of the finest units at the Alexander. Apartment 521 renovated January 2024, is a larger 1200 square ft with 3 bedrooms (convertible 4th bedroom) a bonus room in primary bedroom that can be used as a nursery or for additional sleeping for one with 2 full bathrooms. One bathroom has a tub and shower comb and the guest bathroom has a walk in shower. Primary bedroom with its own bathroom has 2 Queen size double beds and bonus room as described above. Amazing sunsets with views of the Intracoastal waterways, marina, canal and Miami City skyline views. Guest bedroom has 3 adult size twin beds. We can, upon request, assemble 2 twins to a king double. 2 twin beds in 3rd bedroom (no windows) and converted den is final bedroom with 1 twin. Great room includes living room, dining area, washer dryer and full kitchen with all cooking utensils, dishes and glasses. . smart flat screen TV's in each bedroom 20-foot balcony with Intracoastal Waterway, Marina, and City Views Cable and Wi-Fi Standard rate includes sleeping up to 8 guests, each additional guest is $45 per night up to a maximum of 11 guests (11th guest in rollaway bed). Our resort has some of the finest amenities along Miami Beach, so you feel like royalty during your stay. The unit was clean but extremely outdated. Wires were hanging from the tv, wires were hanging from a hole in the closet, wires were running along the baseboards. The entire building and unit needs a complete overhaul. I was shocked how old and rundown the entire building was. I would not recommend. ##### Maryann F. It was super clean and everyone was helpful staff wise. It’s in the middle of everything in Miami so we didn’t feel we had to travel far to get anywhere. Also the beach and the pool was just a plus .
