Just minutes away from the vibrant Coral Gables, Little Havana, and Coconut Grove, you'll be close to Miami's best attractions while enjoying the peace and privacy of this elegant home. This stylish house is perfect for families and groups, offering everything you need for a comfortable, fun-filled stay. It features a dedicated workspace perfect for remote work. Pick fresh avocados from our large avocado tree outback. The space BEDROOMS: This home sleeps MAX 8 guests in 4 beds. Smart TVs are located in all rooms. See bed count below: \- Master Bedroom: 1 Queen (Sleeps 2) \- Bedroom 2: 1 Queen (Sleeps 2) \- Bedroom 3: 1 Queen (Sleeps 2) \- Living room: 1 Queen Daybed (Sleeps 2) BATHROOMS: Each bathroom is stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body soap), plush towels, and a hairdryer. KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully stocked and has a full line of new appliances (drip coffee maker included). Also included is a blender and toaster. We have wine glasses for your convenience. The dining area has seating for 6, along with all the necessary dinnerware and more. OUTDOOR SPACE: The outdoor space includes a BBQ grill (at no extra cost to you) and outdoor seating for 6 and has hanging lights to be able to enjoy at night! We also encourage our guests to pick from our AVOCADO TREE! It does bear a ton of fruit when in season so please take some and enjoy with your family. PARKING: Two cars maximum (depending on size of vehicle). Street parking is available if needed at no cost. WHAT'S INCLUDED: High speed WiFi, washer/dryer, Iron and ironing board, 1 pack-n-play, and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix. NOTE: For guest and property protection, A/V surveillance is present at the front of the property (outside pointing to the entrance and grass area). No surveillance is located inside the home. This is a pet friendly property. A one time pet fee of $75 per pet will need to be paid prior to check in. Mailing packages to this property is not permitted, we are not responsible for any mail/packages. Please note - all door codes & information will be sent 24 hours prior to check-in . If we're missing something essential, please let us know and we'll take care of it! 3\. We're a genuine, responsive, no-nonsense team that understands and genuinely cares about our guests. We are physically on call from 8AM-8PM 7 days a week. We maintain all our appliances regularly, but we still can't predict when a microwave is going to stop working suddenly, just give us a call and we'll be there as soon as we can. 4\. We are here to help make this an amazing EXPERIENCE! Please ask about car rentals, Birthday Set-ups, Bachelor/Bachelorette decorations and more! What is expected of you? 1\. Respect the neighborhood. Our homes and properties are located in residential areas, and your neighbors are likely not on vacation. We ask that the noise be kept to a minimum whether indoors or at the outside public areas of the property. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9PM - 8AM 2\. Treat the home as if it were your own--leave it in good condition. We understand that accidents happen but we ask that you tell us so we can replace items in time for the next guest. 3\. Check-in/out at the agreed times. We operate a business on a tight schedule, and a new guest just like yourself is often arriving the same day you depart. Lawn maintenance are also on a set schedule and are needed to keep the property in great condition.
