First and foremost, this property was clean. When I write clean, I mean perfect white glove immaculate clean. Every inch of the condo and building was spotless. The building is very secure as well as the parking garage. As a family, we felt very safe. The location is spectacular. It is a 3 minute walk to the beach where you can rent chairs, cabanas and umbrellas from the Hilton. Also, the little market next door has a great selection at reasonable prices. The condo is also close to many great restaurants including Prime 112, Joe’s Stone Grab, Call Me Gabby and many more. All are within easy walking distance. The kitchen was well stock with cooking utensils and new appliances. The washer and dryer were great after a day at the beach. The Wi-Fi was super fast with no connection issues. Overall, we highly recommend this property. The hosts are great and the owners clearly take very good care of the place. ##### Dave C. The pool was larger and the living area and kitchen were all larger than I was able to tell in the pics. 5 adults were comforable, with one on the pullout sofa all week, no complaints. John and Sofia were instantly accessible if I had a question. It took about 3 mins to walk straight out to the beach.. Walking to the southern tip of South Beach took only about 10 mins from the condo. The market right next door was an invaluable asset. The ocean view was unobstructed by buildings as it overlooked the park. I would stay here again. Only tip, make dinner reservations asap. Many nice restaurants are nearby, but almost all had no openings for the next week or so. We got lucky on walking up, but did have to go to plan B once. ##### Jennifer F.
