There are ocean views from every room! We spent hours sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view. The suite is so quiet and comfortable, but still close to all the action. I kept calling the property manager and he didn’t care. The freezer wasn’t working and I had to toss all my frozen foods and lastly the tv in the extra bedroom wasn’t working. The room was impressively spacious and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable environment throughout my stay. Adriano, our host, truly stood out with his exceptional service. He was always available and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. His attentiveness greatly contributed to the overall positive experience. The smell of mold is overpowering when you walk into the unit. Every night we all had trouble breathing due to the mold. Also, this unit is not in the top floor as stated. The unit is in floor 15 and has a PH floor as well as a UPH floor. The dryer did not work properly and the towels all smelled like mildew. Also, there were not enough hand towels or washcloths. Lastly, why should I have to pay to be there for someone else’s unit to do all the deferred maintenance? Will never be back here. ##### Gary L. The condo is gorgeous and has everything you could possible need. The building staff is amazing- bringing you packages as they arrive. The condo is in a great location- right near the beach and pool. More important - the AC in one of the two bedrooms does not work properly. It was73-74 degrees and bad air quality. When contacting the agency we were told that this "is the way the hotel is constructed so there is nothing we can do". Highly dissappointing. ##### Anders G.
