Whether you come for business, with your family, friends or other half, this property is designed to offer the latest, and most modern amenities for any types of stays. We provide the most luxurious lifestyle, comfort and relaxation to our welcomed guests from all backgrounds. House Rules \-The guest agrees to pay $20 for any Check-in/arrival time after (10 pm) and $50 after midnight (12:00 am). \-Guests must make sure to leave keys and fob inside the unit on the day of their check-out and submit a picture for visibility. Missing fobs will result in a $250 fee under any circumstances. \-Smoking is strongly prohibited inside all our units. Smoking smell and/or evidence of smoking inside premises will result in a $250 fee. \-Guests are liable for any damage or missing items inside the property. Please leave the unit in good condition to avoid additional fees. \-Garbage: Trash chute is located next to units that end with 01 (1601,1701,1801…). Please do not leave garbage bags on the floor.
