the convenience of having the train station about a five minute walk made it a great place to stay for ultra. it’s really quiet and quick to get to if driving or ubering. also really clean and the staff was really friendly.

We enjoyed walking around the area. There are some great spots to check out. The check in process was great and the personnel for the desk, rooms and bar area were wonderful.

Upon check-in the lady at the desk was rude and unfriendly. Once we got to the room we had a toilet that didn’t flush and the room was very dark. Went back down to the front desk, the lady was still rude and didn’t appear to care. She stated I needed to wait for maintenance, after waiting on maintenance for an hour I went back down to complain again. This time I just begged to be moved instead of waiting again. She finally agreed. Once we get to the new room with all of our belongings including groceries the refrigerator doesn’t work. Smh. She said there was nothing she could do. Just all around frustrating.

Staying for work. This was convenient off and on Rickenbacker Causeway for me and i felt safe. They have valet available all night, and the front desk was very responsive. Would recommend this property.

Check in was ridiculous. They told us "10 minutes" for 45 minutes. No clue what was going on. The process was insane and one of the women just flat out lied about the situation. It just cannot be this hard man

Staff was nice, room clean and nice. Informed desk i was checking out between 330 and 4 to ensure i could get my car. When i tried to check out a t 4, no one was at desk, knocked on staff only door, man came out half awake and checked me out. Said valet would be right out. 30 minutes past, found valet station unlocked, found my keys and everyone elses but could not find car. Finally valet came out, spoke no English, none. I could have taken every key, will never stay at hilton again.

This Hilton was okay. I have stayed at nicer Hilton’s. This one was really small. Also, don’t do the snack upgrade option, they don’t put snacks in your room. The pool was just okay. Not much for landscaping. The staff was friendly.

The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast offered a full selection of fruits, cereals, breads, and hot entrees. The pool and patio was lovely, and the port shuttle ran a half hour late. Fortunately, we still had plenty of time to check into our cruise.

I asked to change my room because I was directly in front of an over pass for 95. They said they could move me one door down. Same location. There was food all in the hallway on my floor and the shower had not been cleaned from the previous occupant. Would not recommend this hotel

I spent a week with my girlfriend. We’re both transgender, and I haven’t changed my deadname yet. The staff was very kind when I booked in and they understood my situation completely, it was very kind of them. The room was great, they always had food available which is good since I kept under-eating and getting headaches, it’s a great and welcoming place.

Overall I enjoyed staying at the hotel but the elevator was under maintenance for the duration of my stay and my room did not have hot water which they stated was an issue affecting half of the hotel upon check in.

This hotel is quaint & cute. It is definitely not near anything. There is a trolley that stops near, but it is very limited. There are no restaurants near here or small stores. The rices within the hotel are very expensive & not very feasible for families or people in general. ($9.99 for a tall container of pringles- usually $4 max in a regular store). Our last day at the hotel there was a incident & the clean up for it took entirely too long, so we were stepping over blood & being very careful to not touch blood which had stained the walls.

My accommodations were clean and up to expectations but there were some cleanliness issues in the halls. Also the valet was very lax and unreliable with timeliness. Also when you ask for cleaning or towels, the staff seemingly forget. Also they dont have enough luggage carts when you arrive which wouldn’t have normally bothered me but I am 7 months pregnant.

I liked the hotel but nothing to eat there in evenings. And breakfast was expensive for not a lot of food. Also they said they cruise transportation but in more when I asked 2 hrs before it left they said I had to do it night before and couldn’t add 4 people even though only 2 were taking it.

House keeping needs to be brought up a notch. There are some room repairs needing to be done and only a damp empty box inside the tissue holder. The refrigerator door and cupboard doors are opposite making it hard to open. There was no hand lotion available and no fruit in the commissary. Very little available in it. The place has real potential to be much better. And it was disappointing that so many usual things just weren’t. However, although there weren’t many choices on the menu, everything that was tried was very good.
