Beautiful hotel. Staff is amazing. Big rooms and great common areas including a lovely game room for the kids. Excellent location in Coral Gables with plenty of restaurants and shop.

Quel dommage !
Nous sommes revenus cette année au Colonnade car nous y avions passé un excellent séjour l'été dernier. Mais les choses ont changé. Que s'est-il passé ? Y-a-t-il eu un changement de direction ? Nous ne savons pas. Les chambres ne sont pas propres du tout. Il y avait de la poussière partout. La piscine et le jacuzzi n'étaient pas propres non plus. Les banquettes et les transats à la piscine idem (photos jointes). Quel dommage un si bel endroit !!!

Hotel splendide très bien situé.
Splendide Hotel très bien situé. La chambre très comfortable. Quelques petits détails a finir dans l'hotel: il n'y a pas de bar par ex, mais les traveaux sont en cours. Par contre je suis déçu qu'on ose demander 12,5 dollar par jour pour le Wi Fi !!! Pour le prix de la chambre cela devrait être gratuit. Le petit déjeuner est beaucoup trop cher, mais il y'a a quelques metres trois resto pour le petit déjeuner.

We wish we could have had it opened for your stay. Our Aragon Cafe does offer many great selections and we aim to provide the best quality breakfast but, should you choose to dine elsewhere, Miracle Mile is filled with many delicious options including Crema Restaurant located in the Hotels Rotunda on the Miracle Mile. besides the stunning building, the staff at this property is delightful. everyone is attentive, everyone says good morning, how may I help you . i would give one word of advice, if you have older guests requesting a room near the elevator may be better as the halls are a bit of a maze . our room and bed were comfortable, staff was always on our floor cleaning and tidying up the area. we were upgraded upon check in and loved our room, however there is a canopy bed in this room where the bed post blocks the TV for the left side bed sleeper . decor was modern and clean and i would definitely stay here again .

Everything was fantastic except the room. Terribly outdated but made to look new and modern. Television must’ve been from the Stone Age. Smells like mold. Shower was less than adequate. Heavily over priced

The junior suite was spacious and reasonably well decorated. The front desk lady at the time of check-in was matter of fact and not very welcoming. The bartender in the lobby bar was very friendly and polite. The housekeeping staff was very noisy when working the corridor outside our room. The location was great!
