We humbly open our duplex for your exclusive enjoyment. This house was completely remodeled in August 2019 and it consists of 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. It has a small private fenced area in the back. We professionally clean and disinfect after each stay for your safety. Free parking for up to 2 cars Located in a safe neighborhood in Miami called Westchester. Come enjoy this remodeled home!! Quiet neighborhood. IMPORTANT NOTE: Regardless of the cancellation policy, a non-refundable 10% processing fee will be applied to all cancellations. ROOMS: This house sleeps 8 guests. It is very safe! The neighbors are friendly and available if you need anything. We have not had great luck with Vrbo, in 2 planned stays we have had to initialize (and wait a bit) 2 seperate admin cases.
