On previous trips, my wife and I stayed closer to Fort Lauderdale, but this time we wanted to explore the heart of the city — and we’re so glad we did. The Metromover, which we hadn’t even heard of before arriving, turned out to be a huge bonus — it’s free, incredibly convenient, and located directly across from the property.One of the biggest perks of this stay is that it’s not booked through the Yotel service. That means no extra fees, no waiting in lines, and no dealing with front desk staff — everything is streamlined and hassle-free.The unit itself was spotless and very well maintained. We’ve had frustrating elevator experiences at other rentals, but not here — the elevator system was surprisingly fast and efficient. We never waited more than a minute, even during busy hours.The space looks great in photos but is even better in person.
