Welcome to our luxurious 39th-floor corner unit in downtown Miami! Located in the brand-new (2024) Natiivo/Gale Residences, this modern 3-bed, 3-bath apartment offers stunning water views. A sofa bed in the living room accommodates 2 extra guests, ideal for children (max 8 guests). Important: Parking is paid only. A mandatory resort fee of $35/night (not included in the booking rate) is payable at check-in

Prepare for a luxurious stay in our 39th-floor corner unit with direct views of Biscayne Bay and Miami’s cityscape, where comfort meets breathtaking scenery. A member of our team will greet you at the front desk to facilitate check-in. To ensure a smooth experience, please provide your estimated arrival time in advance and bring a government-issued ID.   
  
Note that a mandatory daily resort fee of $35, payable by card only, is required at check-in.

Parking: Only valet parking is available on-site, and it works just like a hotel valet service. This service is managed by the building, not us as hosts. For a more affordable option, there is a public parking garage available on the same block as the building.  
Building Amenities: You have full access to building amenities, including the pool, gym, and on-site dining. However, please note that this unit is managed privately by MiaVillas, independent of the hotel’s program. Guests are required to sign a waiver acknowledging this arrangement. Daily housekeeping is not included, but it can be arranged for an additional fee if needed.
