This huge spacious home has electric front gates for security & privacy and features 6 bedrooms & 3.5 bathrooms. All of the rooms have King size beds. Hamilton House located in the center of Miami is a truly beautiful home, situated on a secluded corner lot. It has a heated swimming pool with a relaxing waterfall and the pool has a salt water system, which eliminates harsh chlorine chemicals. The outside area has a game room with billiards and domino table and a huge Tiki with a 70" flat screen TV. There is also an outside kitchen with a Brazilian BBQ (charcoals) & Smoker grill. The outside lighting is set automatically from dusk to dawn, with the relaxing sounds of the pool waterfall and fish pond, the lush trees and completely private setting, all come together to make this area a true oasis. Upon arrival at the house, when you close the electric security gates at the front of the property, you have the feeling of being away from it all, while being in the middle of everything. The house can accommodate large groups and big families, but we do not allow parties or loud music at the property. As our guests, you have the use of this private home in a beautiful neighborhood, with lots of amenities, not having to share the space with anyone else. The front door has a keyless entry code, so you never have to worry about losing keys , or sharing them with your other guest. We are only 20 minutes to most of Miami's hot spots, South Beach, Little Havana, Coral Gables, Downtown Brickell, Everglades National Park. Snorkel, or go fishing in the Florida Keys, or enjoy golf at the nearby Palmetto Golf Course or newly opened Top Golf. We are also 25 minutes from Miami Airport & the Cruise Port. Travel time to your destination will vary, depending on traffic. The home is an open concept design, the kitchen, living room & dining area all integrated, overlooking the pool. There are 6 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, all of the bedrooms have king size beds. The large kitchen has 2 refrigerators, a dishwasher, coffee maker, oven & cooktop and a multi level island with seating. It is fully stocked with all cooking utensils, flatware, plates, glasses and cookware. Bedroom # 1 - Master Bedroom has a King bed with TV, fireplace, fan and has an en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, shower, separate toilet and double sinks. Bedroom # 2 - King bed, TV and large closet. Bedroom # 3 - King bed, TV and large closet. Bedroom # 4 - King bed and 1 Bunk Bed (full over full) , TV, large closet and en-suite bathroom. All towels, linens, bedding & pillows are provided. The home has high speed Wifi and all TV's have streaming services. There is a washer and dryer, iron & ironing board. A Pac n Play Crib with mattress, a high chair and a toddler toilet seat is provided. The large driveway can accommodate all your vehicles. Please be advised we have a Ring camera in the front outside facing the driveway of the property for security purposes. There are no other cameras anywhere else on the property. The entire house was in excellent condition and was absolutely beautiful. We especially enjoyed the pool and the tiki hut lounge area. The pool was crystal clean and the temperature was perfect. The owners were very accommodating, responsive and made the check in process quick and easy. The house was spotless upon entering and had everything we needed for the weekend. This is an amazing house/property that meets all expectations. There were 13 family members that came to Miami for my son’s wedding that stayed at the house and there was more than enough room for all of us. I can only say great things about house and the hosts. It was even more spacious than I thought it would be from the pictures. It was a little worried about the heated pool working because I’ve had issues with that at other places, but the host assured me that the heat would be on, and sure enough it was. The weather took a bit of a dip and so having it heated was pretty key. Everybody loved the pool and we were in it quite a bit, especially the kids. on the day that it rained, the spacious and comfortable couch area by the TV was well used by everyone. We had a wonderful time together & had so much space. The pool area was a HUGE hit! All of the amenities & activities were such a plus for us. In the morning I went to cook and on the counter I noticed the avocado that we had just bought at the store and sitting on the counter had been partially eaten (I believe it was eaten by a rodent). We also had hotdog buns and hamburger buns partially eaten. I have pictures of both. The owner was informed and we left that day. The owners never responded to our allegations except to say they never had that problem and would look into it. Never heard from them again. Not impressed with this place or lack of communication with the owner at all. ##### Stephen T. ### 10/10 Excellent #### Chris B., Minneapolis, MN Jan 15, 2020 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### A gem tucked away Our group was looking for a place to accommodate 20 of us before we took a cruise out of the Miami Cruise terminal, and the pricing and capacity of this location peaked our interest - so we locked it in! Being about 45 minutes for MIA and 30 minutes from the cruise terminal, a shuttle ride to the property brought us to the house tucked away in the corner of a residential neighborhood. To get out to get groceries, etc brought twists and turns but nothing the GPS couldn't handle. We we're provided the code to the property several days before check-in and had no problems getting inside. The home is very spacious with lots of bedrooms for many of the different couples / friends. The two refrigerators was a nice treat, and with plenty of garbage bags / cans along with dishwasher packets, the checkout process otherwise was a breeze. A few things that we did find: There is a pool table outside but the cues on the end were missing. Not a big deal since there was little down time. There is a MASSIVE ice maker out on the patio along with a keg tap. HUGE BONUS!!! If you want to cook outside, there is a charcoal pizza oven as well as a propane grill. But you will need to supply these yourselves. For 20 people there was just enough towels for each person to have one use. So plan accordingly. The WIFI coverage was great and while it's not fiber speeds, it was adequate for our needs. The temperature in the property was great and plenty of ceiling fans throughout. All and all, it was a great place to stay and our group were all very happy with the choice. Thank you again and for the prompt replies to our questions! ##### Chris B. Everyone had a bed, privacy and with 4 bathrooms, served us well. The pool was a huge hit and used everyday. The home is in a lovely neighborhood and close to all of the adventures we had planned.
