Located in the heart of Coconut Grove it was in an amazing locations in walking distance to bars, coffee shops, and restaurants (really good ones). The view is so much better in person that in pictures. I got a ocean/bay and city view all in one best of both worlds and the sunrise in the morning \*chefs kiss\*. Natalia and Silvia were great hosts and were able to answer all of my questions. When communicating with them texting was the more easier approach than calling just an FYI. They both paid great attention to detail and made my stay a fantastic one. My only complaint was the shower was really tiny and was hard to move around in it but you can see that from the pictures so it wasn't anything unexpected.
