### Gardolinos Cottage near the bay

This is a one bedroom suite, located within the spectacular Morningside gated neighborhood.   
  
It’s a beautiful one bedroom with a separate kitchen and a separate living room, more like a little cottage, has one bathroom, a private entrance and a private little patio. It’s perfect for lone travelers or couples.  
  
Pets welcome! upon request and an additional fee. Please let me know ahead of your arrival.  
  
Free Parking (on premises), AC and free wifi are included. Laundry service is also available for a fee.  
  
Right on the bay, Morningside is one of the Miami’s historical gated communities located between 50th to 60th streets and Biscayne Blvd. Surrounded by nature and guarded by private security, it is a very quiet and peaceful yet centric area.  
  
15-20 minutes from Miami ‘s International airport, Miami Beach, downtown and most tourist locations, 5-10 minutes from Wynwood, midtown boulevard and design district, lots of nearby restaurants, supermarkets and other shops. 20-30 minutes to Aventura mall and 40-50 minutes from Dolphin mall.

#### Amazing stay and host!

Dell is the kindest man, the little cottage is so ideal for a stay in Miami - Morningside is one of the best neighborhoods in the 305\. Wish I could live in this cottage full time, but knowing it's available on VRBO makes my trips to Miami so much better. Thank you to Dell for the kind hospitality and fruit baskets!
