You will have private reserved parking, a private entrance and a small kitchenette. The house has a large patio and spacious common areas for your use. It is walking distance from Marlins Park and in the middle between downtown and the airport, also very close to Jackson Memorial Hospital and the port of Miami. I was on the North side of the Miami River pointing my camera South East. I found plenty of parking for a reasonable price. Best time if you want lots of action would be Friday or Saturday night. For a more desolate nights I would recommend Monday thru Thursday night. Here you will find an incredible amount of photography opportunities to shoot for. While like any big city you will find a few homeless folks, the place was very clean and very well kept. Did not use, but there was a hot plate, coffee maker, microwave, and basic dishes.
