Nice location

Enjoyed the access to the beach and boardwalk. Only stayed one night but would plan a longer stay in the future.

10.28-31日在这里住宿,这些天迈阿密雨季,天气不好,预定的海景房也看不到明朗的大海,酒店空调开的很冷,房间里的一应用品都很齐全。早餐19.8美金一位。距离海滩步道有一道独立木门,需要刷房卡出入,比较安全安静。周边要步行0.2英里才走餐厅和酒吧。其他娱乐要去南滩体验,南滩附近娱乐场所密集比较热闹。

Poor service and in need of refurbishment

Location: Miami Beach and the boardwalk are right next door
Room was in need of refurbishment Room Service was terrible , it took 45 minutes and three phone calls to even get the menu delivered Twice my breakfast order didn't materialise , the second time I even phoned the night before but the orders were left hanging on the door. On a tight schedule this is even more frustrating On my third night the room keys stopped working and day by day amenities such as plastic cups dwindled and then disappeared Such a shame as this could be a great hotel

Disappointing

Very hold looking room. Almost no light in the room. The stairs was absolutely dirty and look like a war zone. I couldn't believe how bad it was for a Sheraton. The pool and lobby was ok but no Beach chair out. They were all lockup.

Slow service

Upon our arrival everything was perfect. The check in process was quick, the staff was friendly and nice, and our room look great with the oceanview. However, after that all the service slow down. Each and every time we try to get our car from valet it's took 20 to 30 minutes. The restaurant sunglass in the hotel lobby wait staff took forever to greet our table. After the first day staying at the hotel, Our whole entire group had a bad experience with the hotel service.

Beautiful pool, comfortable beds, and great beer!

Pros: We enjoyed the pool everyday, beds were very comfy, beer tasted best, fast free wifi access, would come back again!
Cons: Food in hotel could be better as there are not many good restaurants nearby.

Rooms were not ready for hours

Room was not ready until after 6:15 pm. Paid for an Executive suite and got a standard room. Staff did not care and said there was nothing they could do because it was bought through Expedia.
