Horrible in all aspects

Horrible staff, dirty room and dont look at the pic you see at the time to choose the kind of room, I choose a room with view and when I get there they told me that they dont have that kind of room with view....

Ligt net buiten het drukke deel van South Beach, wel een taxi os bus nodig om daar te komen. Hier is zelf weinig gezelligheid, wel lekker rustig

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the expensive parking. Unfortunately, Miami Beach overall is very expensive to park as there is limited areas for this amenity. We are very pleased to hear that our valet staff was hospitable.

Adequate hotel, nice pool and beach location.

The hotel was under renovation.The staff was pleasant. Everyone was pleasant, the only staff member who stood out was the girl working the pool bar. The hotel was dated so it didn't feel great. There was nothing wrong with the place but nothing to make me want to return.

Unfriendly front desk people. Checked in early and said they will call for our room when it's ready. Waited for 4 hrs.

Stay before cruise

The pool and beach access were great. When we checked in, our room had a strange smell of sewer--I went to front desk to let them know and they immediately moved us to a new room, which was fine. Hotel lobby and restaurant are updated and very beautiful--rooms and halls could use a little updating, but overall they were more than fine. Would stay there again.
