As part of our building's requirements, a Tenant Evaluation Process is required. After your reservation is confirmed, we will send you detailed instructions on how to complete this process.  
To proceed, you will need to provide a valid credit or debit card, as well as an ID. Please ensure that this is completed at least 48 hours prior to your check-in date.  
The amount for the application is $150 which must be for each application/per adult guest. No approved tenant evaluation, no check in.  
  
\*Building amenities include a huge pool, billiard room & gym located on the 11th floor.  
  
\*This condo unit includes one free designated parking space. A second parking is available through valet parking for $25 per day.
