Elegant Loft in Brickell Miami. It has 2 bedrooms/ 2 full bathrooms. Walking distance to restaurants/nightlife, shopping, BRICKELL CITY CENTER .  
only 15 minutes to South Beach, close to the Port of Miami, free parking for guests or 24 hour valet parking (Aprox $35 fee per night).  
Amenities include: Sauna, Fitness Center, and Swimming pool.  
Sleeps up to 6 people.  
  
The space  
Unique loft in its style, high ceilings with lots of light, views of the city and the bay.  
\- 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.  
\- King size bed and TV in the first bedroom.  
\- Two twin beds in the second bedroom;  
\- Living room with Queen bed.  
\- Fully equipped kitchen.  
\- Balcony with spectacular view.  
\- Washer and dryer.  
\- Paid valet parking that cost aprox $35USD per nigth.  
Close to all of Miami's most popular night spots and restaurants.   
Subway rail (free) is only 1 block away.  
Close to Publix and Whole foods supermarkets.  
Just minutes from the Port of Miami, Bayside, Bayfront Park and Kaseya Center (15 minutes).  
Ideal for families, couples, groups of friends or people coming to Brickell for business or work.  
Important Note:  
The building requires ID photo from all guest at least two days prior to the arrival and short term lease to be completed , signed and submitted.  
The management office for registration only operates Monday through Friday 9 am - 4 pm.  
For the vehicle you can use the valet parking for 40 dollars per night.  
  
The pool is currently closed for repairs, but it will be available on weekends

- ![This place is right behind the James L Knight Center, right between the Brickell Avenue and the S.E. 2nd Avenue bridge. I was on the North side of the Miami River pointing my camera South East. I found plenty of parking for a reasonable price. Best time if you want lots of action would be Friday or Saturday night. For a more desolate nights I would recommend Monday thru Thursday night. Here you will find an incredible amount of photography opportunities to shoot for. While like any big city you will find a few homeless folks, the place was very clean and very well kept. #### Brickell Stay

We stayed one night before a cruise. Overall satisfied for the price but not sure we book this unit again. Views were amazing. Local area was trendy as expected with a ton in a short walking distance. Furniture was rickety, patio furniture felt like it was going to break so we did not use it, master bed was wobbly with several repairs, master shower made a extremely loud sound that scared us out of the bathroom the first time. For staying in the Brickell area was expecting a bit more. Somewhat difficult to get a hold of the property manager before the stay.

#### Good Stay - Not Great

First let me say the good things: 1) Nice view 2) Great location 3) Fantastic communication with unit manager 4) Ethical assistance with price adjustment when valet changed last minute to mandatory by building management 5) Mostly clean 6) Comfy beds 7) Lady came to meet us promptly to check in and helped with bag cart. She only spoke Spanish. Not an issue for us but might be if questions. Things we did not like: 1) (Hopefully future Guests not affected by our issue since I think we stayed in transition period) Building changing system. Our fob did not work for elevators or to get in building without security. Since we had a dog we came and went more times than normal and thus was a pain. One time they had to call unit owner before they would let us up. Just inconvenient! 2) Valet is mandatory $35 unless you take it out and then the cost resets. It was not a flat fee so we used Uber over our own car to avoid paying much more than $35/day. Plus the convenience fee and tip. 3) One of room balconies missing door handle so could not open easily and use. 4) While pretty clean unit needs paint job. 5) Ice maker frozen solid and had trouble using. Tried chipping with knife but gave up 6) Door not easy to open with key and made annoying noise. It was a short stay and overall good, but good is just average compared to other experiences.
