It’s Sad to Say my trip was RUINED by someone STEALING my laptop from my room. Everything was Great but the handling of this theft, the police was called, the Hotel did their so called investigation which a cleaning person and their refrigerator person who checks stock entered my room. End Result the Hotel Said nothing we can do. No compensation No credit towards the Stay, NOTHING!!!…..Too Pricey to treat a Valued Customer This Way

It's a nice hotel.The valet service is the best ever!The system in the room is that everything is requested on a tablet located near the bed.Ordering food is not a problem but if you want ice,you need to order that on a separate tab.They say that they serve the ice before it melts!It's a good claim and I suppose it's true if you ever get the ice!Iordered it on the app.Then,after 30 minutes,ordered another bucket(free).Neither one came.I then spoke on the phone with guest services and they were extremely apologetic and said I would get it right away!Well,a pretty girl was at my door in no time and handed me the bucket and I gave her a nice tip! I put the bucket down and then removed the lid and there was no ice!Empty!No remnants of ice!Was this a joke?It was a farce at this point(more than an hour after the initial order)so I went to the lobby with my empty ice bucket in hand.The receptionists were all busy so I went to the lobby bar and asked the bartender if he could fill it up.He did right away.He was great!Then,I went to my room and finally had my cold drink laughing about the experience.What a joke but everyone couldn't have been nicer-even the airhead(?) who came up and gave me an empty ice bucket.Was I played?I don't know.Will I stay there again? Maybe but I want some wuality time with the airhead.lol

This was a really clean hotel with current technology. The views were ok, but not great. Close to mall area and close to local eateries. There is a lot of congestion in this area and the valet area is terrible.

Positive: Great location, incredible views, great staff. Negative: Crowded entrance due to the rooftop restaurant, Extra loud during nightime. I could even hear the music in my bedroom at 3am. No consistency with room cleaning.

This was an exceptional location. Everything was just a walk-away. Had we known prior we wouldn’t have rented a car! We also enjoyed the plaza and the convenience of it. The restaurants were amazing. We went to Tearoom & was exceptional. Quintos was also really good for breakfast! As for cons — there aren’t many at all. One of the ceiling lights weren’t working and a piece of the ceiling also had a crack. Minor fixtures! They also upgraded our room to a higher floor which was lovely! The view was awesome. We would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is amazing! The lobby, the rooms, the view, the pool area… Everything about this hotel is awesome! They have filtered water fountain in the rooms which I have never seen it any other hotel. Such a cool vibe! I would stay here again and again.

Horrible experience, I'm utterly disappointed with my recent stay. Upon entering my room, I found a complete stranger fast asleep in MY bed. The hotel staff's response was shockingly lackluster; they failed to address the situation adequately or offer any compensation for the intrusion. It's unacceptable for a supposedly reputable establishment to neglect the safety and comfort of its guests in such a flagrant manner. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel, unless you enjoy unexpected roommates and dismal customer service, especially if you’re a young woman.

Super hi-tech hotel. Gorgeous rooms. Could use more dining options especially for breakfast. Super helpful and friendly check-in staff. Only complaint was that we tried to order ice on 3 different occasions by i-pad and phone and never got it. The only way was to go down to the front desk and they immediately took care of it.

Very expensive for what you get in return, our TV didn't work, phone didn't work, unit was almost 900 for a single night plus 55 valet. Not really worth the price. Extremely loud area between construction and parties. Was some of the worst sleep I had.
