It's a nice hotel.The valet service is the best ever!The system in the room is that everything is requested on a tablet located near the bed.Ordering food is not a problem but if you want ice,you need to order that on a separate tab.They say that they serve the ice before it melts!It's a good claim and I suppose it's true if you ever get the ice!Iordered it on the app.Then,after 30 minutes,ordered another bucket(free).Neither one came.I then spoke on the phone with guest services and they were extremely apologetic and said I would get it right away!Well,a pretty girl was at my door in no time and handed me the bucket and I gave her a nice tip! I put the bucket down and then removed the lid and there was no ice!Empty!No remnants of ice!Was this a joke?It was a farce at this point(more than an hour after the initial order)so I went to the lobby with my empty ice bucket in hand.The receptionists were all busy so I went to the lobby bar and asked the bartender if he could fill it up.He did right away.He was great!Then,I went to my room and finally had my cold drink laughing about the experience.What a joke but everyone couldn't have been nicer-even the airhead(?) who came up and gave me an empty ice bucket.Was I played?I don't know.Will I stay there again? Maybe but I want some wuality time with the airhead.lol
