Very Clean hotel, and I love the history of the place. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the hotel. We felt like we were home and were very well taken care of
The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the top floor was very quiet so we got plenty of sleep for the two nights staying there.
The breakfast was only snacks basically but there’s a good restaurant on the corner.
Free parking was a nice little bonus.
The WiFi was terribly slow and sometimes unusable.
We arrived an hour early and had to wait in the lobby or be charged $25 extra for early check in.
Great great staff beautiful room.It was a all around great stay it's a home away from home very peaceful.I was pleased

Room was Extremely clean and cold!!! They also leave you with the control to change the ac. The staff was extremely kind as well and made sure our stay was as comfortable and fun as possible giving us recommendations in the area. Must try the wings across the street!!!
What I love about staying here is the staff they welcome you with open arms anything you need to be right there for you I can call it my second home comfortable room everything is nearby I just want to thank the staff for giving me the greatest welcome you can get I appreciate it thank you and see you next week wait it's almost a week already
The hotel overbooked us and neglected to attempt any sort of communication with us before our arrival into town. When we got there the front desk lady was very hesitant to break the news, and acted like this was a surprise to her that she had no more rooms left. After some time had passed, she admitted she was aware that the hotel became completely booked 30 minutes prior to our arrival. Once we realized we were really stranded, she offered to help us look for rooms and we realized that was a false sense of kindness when we looked over and she was sending selfies back and forth with a man. We were from out of town stranded on one of the most popular saturdays in Miami. Thank goodess we were able to find a last minute room $100 more down the street.... this is absolutely unacceptable. The hotel's claim that they are 100% unable to contact the guests through the platform is just not true and we feel the hotel overbooked to make sure all of their rooms were occupied for the night.
It was a very small property only stayed one night. Front desk was very nice and helpful. Target and some other stores and restaurants were in walking distance which was nice. Overall a good experience.
Very comfortable stay for one night. Deborah at the front desk was simply wonderful! She was friendly, welcoming, and made the check-out process easy and enjoyable before my cruise. Her excellent customer service truly stood out and made my stay even more pleasant. I would happily stay here again.
The staff was incredible and super nice. They made the stay worth it. Know that this hotel is not in the best part of town. There are only a few places to eat but the little greenhouse grill was amazing and well worth the stop. No pool or other luxuries but quaint and clean.
Extremely friendly staff. In room AC unit worked amazing allowing the room to get very cool. Bodega in walking distance. In room mini fridge and microwave.
