The rooms were very nice and the staff friendly. The rooftop pool was great. We ended up staying at the pool two days after spending the morning at the beach. The hotel provided chairs and towels at the beach so I had no problem with the resort fee of $35 per day. Great location, literally backing up to the Versace mansion.

The staff was very courteous, helpful, and had great attitudes. The room was clean upon arrival, cleaned daily, and exactly what I expected when I booked it. Great location, everything felt close by. Cool rooftop pool and bar. The complimentary beach chairs, and the company they use, were great and very personable. Will stay here annually.

Love the Design and Vibe of this Hotel. Great Location & Wonderful Staff. In addition, the rooftop pool is a nice oasis. Walk to virtually anywhere you need to in SoBe from this Central Location.

The room was small particularly the bathroom and shower which were split oddly between the hallway upon entering the room. The pool is small and outdated on the roof of the building next door. 8 people maximum can fit comfortably. The location was within walking distance to the beach and great restaurants.

The room was small and poorly lit. While the lighting was somewhat unique, it offered little control or direction. The TV had so many channels it was hard to select anything as literally paging thru hundreds. There is a mandatory $150 resort fee which gets you a free chair at the beach, but if you want an umbrella, you have to rent it. The rooftop patio and pool is wonderful as is the location. Also nice is the direct access to the restaurant and bar if weather is bad or you don’t feel like going out.

Hyatt hasn’t put any love into the Dream hotel. They need to upgrade it; they’re doing the bare minimum to keep visitors coming. Go somewhere else, if you can afford it.

Mark ( the manager) and the staff costumer service was impeccable during our entire stay. Mark did his best to meet our needs to assure our stay was nothing less than amazing !! Can’t wait to return and book my stay again. Make sure to try Naked Taco on the property a 10/10

I loved if you needed ice all you had to do was call and they brong it right to you. It was my birthday week and when i checked in they gave me champagne. They had a door man and they were really friendly

The staff is excellent. The young lady my second day there moved my room for me due to some things not working. I forget her name but she was there the morning of my overnight stay. The only thing I expected was the property to be a little more updated for the price they charge. Maybe a restaurant on site with complimentary breakfast not just water in the lobby.

I liked the ease of parking in front of the hotel. The only issue I had was been on the first floor right next to an outside area where loud music was playing all night long till probably departure 1:00 am in the morning, I would not stay in room 109 again or anywhere on the 1st floor. Late check out till 12pm was nice complimentary. The 2 chairs and towels provided at the beach was a highlight. Shower was perfect and hot even though area for the bathroom was small. Staff very professional and nice, concierge was excellent on shopping and directions.

The property was beautiful and while I liked the dim lights it was a little too dim especially in the room when getting ready. But can I just say the tacos (birria specifically) were out of this world and they had a server named Sasha who was an absolute doll and so welcoming. The pool was small but perfect for a little intimate getaway. I would’ve preferred a variety of music but they stuck to a specific style most of the time. I would recommend this spot and definitely visit again.

I lived the privacy of our room eventhough we had an outdoor suite, it was still super private. The food we had at the pool was amazing! Would torally recommed to every and any one!
