It Was Beautiful. The Customer Service, Cleanliness Was Phenomenal. Upon Entering Was This Amazing Fragrance THAT I LOVED !!!

Very nice pleasant stay. Room service was amazing and the room was very comfortable and spacious.

They charge for parking, local phone calls and other amenities that are included by other hotels in Miami, but overall it’s a good place to stay.

Room was not thoroughly cleaned. Electrical outlets were loose and not attached to anything in the wall. Would not stay here again.

Clean, nice decor, nice room. Difficult to get to, crazy Miami freeways! No parking on site. Had to pay an extra $15 for valet parking (on top of $210 for 1 person, no breakfast.

The elevator was broken. The facilities are worn and in need of remodel. Room service failed to deliver our order. After calling multiple times, we received the order, but it wasn’t what we ordered. I called to address the issue and was told they would talk to management. The next morning, I spoke with the restaurant/room service manager who made me feel as though I had done something wrong because I should have done more to escalate to a manager. Apparently multiple calls to room service weren’t enough. She expected me to wait for the 1 working elevator to take me down to the lobby at almost midnight by this point, in my pajamas, to speak to a manager to resolve the matter of them being able to get the correct room service order to my room in a timely manner. She was rude and argumentative. However, the front desk manager was helpful and did resolve the matter . But I would stay here again because it is too expensive and not nice enough for the price.
