This is a very beautiful hotel with wonderful facilities. The pool is gorgeous, we had excellent breakfasts and poolside lunches, and the staff was wonderful. We'll definitely return.

Had an amazing stay at Delano hotel, very professional and friendly people working there, front desk people are great, restaurant staff are super nice and fast , guys who’s doing valet parking are polite and very nice. Thank you , we will come back again

The restaurant, pool and bar were good and the patrons were respectful and polite. The rooms are so tired and the spa is old and tired as well. Great location and vibe but really needs a facelift now.

Good location. Great staff and vibe. The rooms are really small and not in very good condition. I had a leaky sink which they tried to repair but didn't. I think this hotel is way overpriced compared to what you get.

Would return but they need some service changes
The hotel staff was great with the exception of the restaurant. Server not so much, I guess when the gratuities are automatic you don't have to be so attentive. Also walked into my room while the maid was cleaning and had to ask her to remove her phone from my charger so I could use it. That was freeky.

I go to Miami 3-4 times a year. This is by far the worst hotel I've stayed in. Old, dirty, terrible value for the money. Stay away!

Love the staff -front desk is wonderful-Especially Brenda .Laura at breakfast is the best and the coffee she makes -pool staff is incredible . Sole’-Mariano-Roberto -Diego -marisol.they are the reasons we return. The pool is so welcoming and always warm and clean. The only thing I would change is the pool menu . They need to bring back the old menu ASAP.

This hotel does not feel like a “hotel”. It felt like home away from home. The staff is 100% amazing and the food is unbelievable. This is truly the best hotel in South Beach!

The phones never worked.He had to call the front deske for anything using his cell phone. It was never corrected, however someone came immediately to try to repair it. My husband was sick and they referred a doctor who said it was 2k-5k to see him. No Insurance. The property needs to be renovated. The last renovation was 1995 and it's showing. The rooms decor is dated and the painted wood floors are peeling and there are areas that are rotten underneath the peeling paint. Half the time we had room service, there was something wrong with the food order. When we requested a couple of blankets, we were told they don't have any more blankets. Really. For a $$$$ hotel and no blankets!!! Finally, when we went to the pool, we were told we'd have to get on the waiting list for lounge chair although there were over a dozen empty chairs which remained empty for over 990 minutes. Should adopt a policy of opening up unused chairs after a certain amount of time like other high end hotels do (not that there was anything high end about the Delano other than the price!!!). Very disappointing experience, will never use them again. Just unfortunate the Ritz South Beach was still getting renovations and the Loews was booked up.
