There was some blood on the counterpane, hairs in the shower and the bed was old (in need of a change). They charge for safe insurance, they don't tell you that until you get there or are ready to leave. You can't check out and have your case stored. They keep a scrubbing of your credit card and ask you to sign it on your arrival, I don't think that is great for the customer as they can write what they like on it. They do not offer you this scrubbing on check out. Make sure you ask for it.
