Just a short walk or ride away from the Miami Cruise terminal and popular shopping areas, this is the perfect option for business or leisure travelers. The Metromover station which provides access to downtown is right across the street. - It doesn't get any more convenient than that! The kitchen is a brand-new modern space with stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, dishwasher, easy to use amenities and a dining table with seating for four. The property's living space is a great place to relax and unwind with a cup of coffee in the morning or glass of wine in the evening. Get comfortable on the couch and enjoy the beautiful city view or turn on the smart TV. This space is expertly furnished and styled to perfection. The sleeping space is tastefully decorated and features a comfortable full-size bed. The bathroom exudes luxury with its spacious interior, modern design, and large glass shower stall. If you need to do your laundry, you can use the washer/dryer stacked in the unit. This condo is primely located less than 2 miles from the Miami Cruise Terminal and is across the street from the Metromover station.
