Cozy RV camper 15 minute short drive to the beautiful Miami Beach, 1 mile away from Famous Miami Design District and Wynwood.  
This Camper is situated on private property. It is not in an rv park. You can sit outside and enjoy beautiful sunsets. Quiet location.  
10 mins to local shopping and dining & attractions such as Midtown and 10 minutes away from Miami Airport. 1 block away from a city park that features, tenis courts, basketball courts, baseball court, Football field and kids play area  
  
Experience the charm of our cozy 30 Ft camper, your haven during an adventurous visit to Miami. This Camper comforts of home, featuring a plush mattress, TV, high-speed internet, and a compact refrigerator, ensuring you'll feel right at home .Inside, a wet bath with a toilet and shower caters to your needs.  
Situated just minutes away from the beach, it's the ideal retreat for budget-conscious travelers seeking a place to sleep, shower, and cook light meals. A very central location connecting you to downtown and the beaches.   
  
Camper Guide: Important Information  
This isn't your typical house; it's a camper, so things operate differently.  
\- Avoid putting toilet paper in the toilet; there's a designated trash can for this purpose.  
\- The ceiling-mounted AC can be adjusted by turning the dials. Remember to turn it off when you leave, and crack a window slightly to prevent condensation.  
\- On pleasant days, use the bathroom fan and open a window for a refreshing stay. You can also use the fan after showering to clear steam.  
\- Hot water is provided   
\- The refrigerator starts on POWER when you arrive, but it beeps annoyingly. Switch it to BATTERY when you're home. It works better on POWER, so switch it back before leaving.  
\- Enjoy the back griddle for cooking, but remember to turn off the gas when not in use.  
\- The camper key will be left in front of the main house on a lock box. A lost key incurs a $50 replacement fee.  
\- Parking along the street is acceptable. Please use the driveway   
\- For entertainment, there is a TV and a radio
