Wake up in our bright 1BR/2BA condo at Hotel Arya in the heart of Coconut Grove. Your private city-view balcony, king bed, comfy sleeper sofa, in-unit washer/dryer, fast WiFi, and fully equipped kitchen make it easy to settle in. Enjoy free self-parking plus access to the heated pool, rooftop gym, squash courts, and hotel amenities. Walk to waterfront parks, cafés, bars, and shops—perfect for both quick getaways and extended stays.  
  
The front desk concierge will have all guest information for check-in and will provide the keycard upon arrival. For general property inquiries, feel free to reach out to the hotel staff. #### Arya is a consistent quality stay

4th time staying at a VRBO property in the Arya. I like the free parking (saves 30 tip per day), the 8th floor pool deck with the bay view and a nice addition of breakfast buffet option. The room was as advertised, good value and the city view was fine. Very friendly staff and visitors.
