This was the perfect spot for my daughter and I to spend the evening in Coconut Grove. The room was great. Clean, nicely decorated, and with all the right amenities. Couldn’t have been more centrally located. The owner communicated before and after to ensure a smooth check-in and checkout.

The location in the Mutiny Hotel is excellent. The room has all that I need. Only negative was that it was located at back of building. View was parking garage rendering use of deck to nil.

Great condo
The unit was exactly as described. Very clean and nicely decorated. Quick responses to all my questions. Coconut Grove is always a great destination and this location is perfectly situated. The view from the balcony is the parking garage and the bedroom is next to garbage, but not too much noise.
