The room I had was fully upgraded and clean. The rest of the hotel seemed updated and clean as well. I was disappointed that there was not a free breakfast like other hotels around the area. (Aloft) They are 3 miles from airport and have two hotel vans sitting in their lot 24/7 but they do not have airport pick up/drop off. Good location and parking is easy even though you have to pay.

This hotel was great. The beds were really comfortable. The little market they had was so nice & always stocked with snacks & drinks. I was surprised it was free for guests. The cafe was also really good. We had breakfast there on the morning we checked out. We had a breakfast burrito, lemon blueberry ricotta pancakes & a breakfast sandwich. They were all amazing & way beyond expectations of an affordable hotel restaurant. Definitely a great place to stay when visiting that area.

Nice hotel but “perfumy”. Staff very accommodating: we were given a room and upon entering, the smell (some perfume from Marriot like air freshener) was so powerful that I couldn’t stay in the room (and windows are locked shut). It was headache material. I complained at the front desk and they changed the room to one with a patio door so I can open it and air the room. To my surprise, it was as smelly in the second room but the patio door helped. Maybe the cleaning lady had a heavy hand that weekend? Otherwise nice hotel.

The staff was very welcoming and provided us water upon arrival. The hotel was very clean and well kept. We took a short drive to a wonderful shopping and dining area where we found delicious gelato from Argentina (Freddo). A great area to visit if we had more time.

Our room was just in front of the elevator which was being repaired starting right at 7:00am. Lots of noise throughout the day not to mention the wait times to get downstairs. The breakfast was overpriced and underwhelming. The windows didn’t open, the phone didn’t work (to call the front desk), the stairs were inaccessible from the main lobby, the cleaning crew skipped our room’s daily cleaning, etc, etc. If you have other options, please do Not choose this hotel.

They need to fix the 1 of 2 elevators. A guest that comes every year told us that this happened last year as well. No service elevators for the workers either which was a challenge druing the weekend. Very nice staff however making all gueats feeling warm and welcomed.

Amazing customer service
We had an amazing stay…the staff went above and beyond with hospitality and was nicer than anything else I’ve seen. The room was comfortable and in a great location.

nice stay, kind staff! poor wifi & water pressure
We had a great stay at the Courtyard Marriott in Coral Gables! The staff was friendly and the rooms were pleasant. The air conditioning could've been stronger and the wifi and shower water pressure were not great... But we were there for just three days -- overall a pleasant stay!
