Noise Policy
Please be mindful of noise and be a good neighbor. Any reports of loud music/noise after 10 PM will result in a $200 fine.

Towels
We provide 6 large bath towels and a few smaller face towels. Washcloths are not provided. (A fee will be charged if any towels are left stained or damaged.)

Toilet Paper
We provide 2 rolls of toilet paper. Additional rolls will need to be purchased by the guest.

No Smoking
Smoking is not allowed inside the unit. (A $250 smoking fine applies.)

No Parties
Parties and events are not allowed.

Cleaning Policy
For all bookings exceeding 10 days, additional cleaning fees will apply to cover mandatory cleanings during your stay. Please contact the host prior to booking to verify the total number of cleanings applicable for longer stays.

Please note that in condominium towers like ours, occasional repairs and maintenance may occur, which are beyond our control. Additionally, some units within the building may be undergoing renovations, which could result in intermittent noise during business hours. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and patience should any temporary inconveniences arise.
