This wonderful unit, located on the 40th floor, offers full city views and partial water views from the balcony. Strategically located just a few blocks from bars, restaurants, and most corporate buildings in the area. If you are traveling for vacation, shopping, or business, this is an ideal place to stay and free parking is included.  
  
The Space:  
  
Our location in the heart of Brickell will offer you a better way to get to know our vibrant city, connected by foot to the best restaurants and nightlife in Brickell.  
  
Guest Access:  
  
They will have full access to all the facilities and services of the building such as common areas, swimming pool, gym.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
  
Brickell is one of the fastest growing neighborhoods in the United States, we call it the new Manhattan, many new companies are opening their offices here, and at the same time new restaurants, bars and attractions are opening. Brickell is only 30 minutes from South Beach and Wynwood, the other major areas of Miami.  
  
Getting Around:  
  
Our accommodation is located in the heart of Brickell, just 5 minutes walk away, where you will find a varied gastronomic offer.  
  
You can walk along Brickell Avenue or Miami Avenue, large streets with a fantastic leisure offer.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
  
Before Check in it is a MUST to provide copy of your ID for registration porpuses. If not, The bulding will not allow check in. thanks for your understanding.
