The “house” next door is dilapidated and the owner enjoys using fireworks late at night (twice during our seven night stay). Across the street is a dog boarding operation that can be noisy anytime of day. To say the least, the area is questionable. The second issue is communication with the owner. Although phone numbers were provided to contact them with questions, texts sent to those numbers went unanswered. Downstairs shower hot water faucet wouldn’t turn. But we received a response quickly. That was the only issue and with two other full baths it didn’t create an issue. Highly recommend ##### Mike S. We had an excellent time staying here for a long weekend. 8 of us flew in 3 days before our cruise and enjoyed seeing Miami before we left. We had trouble getting into the house when we first arrived. Turns out, the house lost power and the code did not work. The owners were at the house and took care of the problem within 5 minutes.
