The beach is steps away from the pool, and not as crowded as it gets at South Beach. Parking was super simple. Staff and residents all wore masks, except around the pool. Poor Service I will start by saying the view from the room is exactly as shown in the photos. It is truly breathtaking. Unfortunately that is where the positives end for this unit. The first interaction with the property manager came when I asked if there were beach chairs and an umbrella in the unit because I couldn’t find them. She said yes it’s in the closet across from the kitchen. Well, there is no closet across from the kitchen and no chairs in the unit(we bought our own and left them for the next people). The second interaction came when we noticed the unit was infested with ants. It took several phone calls and text to even get a response. Finally when reached I was told the maintenance man would fix it tomorrow. At 330pm the next day, still no one had shown, so I called again. She hadn’t even called to set up the maintenance man yet. He then showed up an hr later(24hrs after our initial call). The third interaction was around the time of the ants when there was no remote in the unit to change the channel on the cable box. The maintenance man was supposed to fix this at the same time as the ants. When he showed up he knew nothing about it. I called the contact again and with no surprise there was no answer. I then called from my wives phone and she answered. She proceeds to tell me the last person stole the remote and she would send the maintenance man back with a new remote. She knowingly rented us the unit not telling us of this issue or fixing it before we arrived. Please beware, the unit is decently priced but not worth or headaches while on vacation. ##### Robert L.
