Our spacious 1-bedroom apartment combines comfort and style, providing the ideal home base for an unforgettable vacation.  
  
The Space:  
Step into our inviting 1-bedroom apartment, where luxury and convenience come together seamlessly. Enjoy resort-style amenities, including a sparkling pool, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and an on-site bistro serving delicious cuisine. A complimentary shuttle service whisks you to Hallandale Beach, where beach towels and two chairs await your seaside relaxation. For those eager to explore, bike rentals offer a fun and flexible way to discover the vibrant local neighborhood.  
  
Inside the apartment, you’ll find a warm and welcoming space designed with your comfort in mind. The living room features a cozy seating area with a TV for your entertainment, and the sofa easily converts into a sofa bed for additional guests. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with sleek stainless steel appliances, makes meal preparation a breeze, while the adjacent dining area offers a perfect spot to share meals and create lasting memories.  
  
The bedroom is a tranquil retreat with a plush king-size bed, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Step out onto your private balcony to enjoy serene views—an ideal spot to unwind and reflect on the day’s adventures.

1-7 days $28 + tax daily

Beach service is offered by Etaru Beach Club, located in front of Lyfe Resort. Guests can enjoy complimentary beach chairs and towels.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
Hallandale Beach is a city on Florida's east coast, between Fort Lauderdale and Miami. Palm-dotted Hollywood Beach is backed by the long Hollywood Beach Broadwalk. ArtsPark at Young Circle features an outdoor amphitheater and a striking fountain. Nearby, the Art and Culture Center of Hollywood offers contemporary exhibitions and performances. The Anne Kolb Nature Center is a reserve with mangrove trails and an aquarium.

Uber, rental cars and cabs are recommended.

Other Things to Note:  
Please be advised that Beachwalk Resort imposes additional mandatory fees that are not included in the nightly rate displayed on this platform.   
These fees are collected separately at check-in and are required to complete your reservation with the property.   
  
Resort Fee (Daily Charge):   
• Stays of 1 to 7 nights: $30 per day, plus applicable taxes   
• Stays of 8 to 14 nights: $25 per day, plus applicable taxes   
• Stays of 15 to 29 nights: $20 per day, plus applicable taxes   
• Stays of 30 nights or more: $300 per month + $10 for each additional day, plus applicable taxes   
  
Incidental Property Security Deposit – $250:   
• A refundable security deposit of $250 is required at check-in to cover any incidental damage or   
charges incurred during your stay.   
• This deposit will be refunded within 7 to 10 business days following check-out, provided no deductions are necessary. Processing times may vary depending on the guest's financial institution.   
  
Valet Parking (Optional):   
• 1 to 7 days: $28 per day per vehicle, plus applicable taxes   
• 8 to 10 days: $25 per day per vehicle, plus applicable taxes   
• 11 to 19 days: $250 per stay per vehicle, plus applicable taxes   
• 20 to 30 days: $295 per stay per vehicle, plus applicable taxes   
  
Package Handling:   
• $5 per package plus applicable taxes   
• Packages may be collected from the package room between 9 AM - 5 PM  
  
Complimentary: beach/pool towels and 2 beach chairs  
Extra beach chairs and umbrellas are available at the beach for an additional fee (Please note that the beach chairs and umbrellas rental is not part of the resort and managed by a 3rd party company).  
  
\*Please note that a valid government-issued identification is required upon check-in at the front desk. The primary guest listed on the reservation must be at least 21 years of age.
