Great location! Pools and beach fabulous. Best Caesar salad ever and Sunil at the poolside restaurant was lovely. Staff was friendly and so accommodating. Biker riding was a real treat.

I will not be staying at this property again. The room was very dirty upon checking in. There was hair in the shower, bedding and floor. There were water spots on the counter tops and mirrors. There were a few bugs crawling around as well. The adult pool has reserved seats that they charge $350 for. It takes up more than a quarter of the pool directly where the sun is. Guests are relegated to the shade or the children’s pool. Pool management is argumentative and incapable it providing an accommodation. They severely lack customer service which is disappointing.

Great location for the beach, great heated pools, staff really helpful and fully staffed too which since Covid is a nice surprise. Room was okay but we didn’t spend much time in it. Missed having a useful fridge but in-room espresso machine was appreciated.

Absolutely fabulous service. The hotel is quiet which we preferred an adult pool only and a family pool. Excellent food great breakfast included. Beach chairs included and the beach service was great!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Our room flooding from pipe bursting and they tried to blame us. Calvin is the most unprofessional manager and multiple people staying were complaining about how rude he is. Would never recommend anyone stay here if you engage to be treated nicely

It's an old hotel, and my room was super quiet and clean. . The staff was courteous and quick to my needs. They have good restaurants and a bar and restaurant outside looking at the ocean. A Tough drive to get to the hotel due to daily traffic. I would stay again.

The Dona Mare restaurant in the Cadillac Hotel is absolutely excellent. We also enjoyed the best Tiki bar on the beach with Wesley, Simon, and Sebastian. The pools and beach were fabulous 10/10!

Our room wasn’t cleaned well. I could tell the bedding didn’t get changed because I saw a stain. I like to being my own bedding anyhow to lay over the top of the hotel bedding because I know a lot times the hotel bedding doesn’t get changed. The carpet wasn’t cleaned and smell like wet dog and there was dog hair! The bathroom floor wasn’t clean either and the shower needed to be cleaned. Also, it was pretty chilly and rainy during our stay and the heating in the room wasn’t working properly. I informed the hotel twice but the engineer never came from my knowledge. Also, the elevator took so long and I found out one wasn’t really working well and during my whole stay I never never saw running. Also there was only one elevator running. The elevator also looked dirty, carpet was dirty. I really dislike dirty carpet and when the carpet is black color and you can tell it’s dirty, then I already know the carpet is filthy! Most of the staff were nice and helpful. But they took so long to bring us toilet paper! One good thing is that the restaurant in the hotel had really good food. Also, the common area of the hotel was pretty nice.

While the property was nice, rooms needed to be cleaned a bit better, No face or hand towels. Computer system was down upon check in which made for longer process. Main pool was not open and being fixed, but still be charged a resort fee for amenities that were not available.

My boyfriend and I had a great time and would stay here again. Overall a great price for a luxury hotel with these amenities. The hotel is cute and had an art deco vibe. The staff was friendly and gave us umbrellas when it rained. The beach chairs included were great. We parked at a lot across the street and it was easy to find street parking when our 24 hours ended. We walked from the hotel to Ocean Drive and stopped to check out every unique art deco hotel lobby. Why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 - someone was smoking cigarettes in the room next to us and the smell came through the vents into our room. We called and reported it to the front desk. They said they'd send someone up to check it out. We waited, but no one came after 30-45 min. Eventually we wanted to go about our day, so we left the window open for airflow. We mentioned the smell again on our way out, and asked if we could switch rooms. They said they were at capacity so we could not, but talked to the room we thought the smell was coming from and asked them to stop. The fresh air from the window cleared the smell and we didn't have the issue again. We stayed in November 2023 and the main pool was under construction. It makes the outdoor facilities a little less attractive. There was some construction noise in the day. The second pool is usually only adults, but it was kids too due to construction. It was a little crowded, but not enough to stop us from enjoying ourselves.

So many issues to describe The staff was so nice however the ac in room was broken. They said they sent someone 3 days in a row to fix it but all they did was turn it off. 4 out of 6 nights I returned in the evening to see that my door had been left open There was a leak in the room and the whole place smelled terrible for the duration of the stay The valets left my car outside during a massive storm. The elevator wouldn’t come to my floor for 2 days so had to walk up or down a floor to catch the elevator

We decided to try The Cadillac instead of our normal go-to hotels. We were very disappointed to find the main pool under construction. There was a very small pool open that is labeled Adults Only. We were told we could take our kids, but the adults around the pool were not nice about it. The hotel could be a nice place, but overall the level of customer service from the manager was very poor. She very much did not seem eager to please the guests. When checking out today, a woman in front of me said her stay was a disaster. Another couple was complaining as they checked out. Given that the price point is the same as nicer hotels that offer more and aim to please their guests, I will choose another hotel next time.

Decent choice.
Coffee bar was great. Restaurants was disappointing for breakfast - potatoes under cooked. No bread that came with breakfast options. Bar had great bartenders and the drinks were good. But the music after 7:00 was way too loud to be anywhere downstairs. Room was spacious, clean and great ocean view. Main pool was drained and being refurbished. Other pool was fine. Nice spot on the beach.

The hotel is a stunningly beautiful property, inside and out, with clean, spacious rooms and fantastic views. The Donna Mare Restaurant was amazing!! We had breakfast and dinner there a few times.
