We made the reservation around midnight the night before rather than waste our entire weekend waiting in the airport to fly standby to our original destination. The property manager was incredibly helpful the next morning in making sure we were all set up. The rental is beautiful, spacious, and perfect for two couples. The parking spot was much appreciated but the beach and plenty of restaurants are also within walking distance. We also thoroughly enjoyed relaxing on the deck overlooking the boats on the intracoastal waters. The only little hiccup we had was trying to figure out how to check in but that probably would have been communicated to us had we booked a little further in advance and the property manager was immediately available by phone to help us out! Andrea was very helpful with check in and answering any questions we had. We had everything we needed, and everything was spotless. The beds were so comfortable too! Perhaps my favorite part was the outdoor terrace overlooking the water. It was so peaceful to sit out there, and we had some meals outside too. There is also a very large dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. The pool was lovely and not crowded, and it’s a short distance to the beach. We also enjoyed the pleasant neighborhood.
