Our location is unbeatable! Brickell is one of the most modern and stylish areas in Miami. Publix(Grocery store) is across the street, and a Walgreens (pharmacy) is 24/7 next to the property.  
Beaches are 10 min drive.  
“Calle 8” 5 minutes driving  
Downtown 5 minutes of driving  
Metro mover for free. You can go to the bayside, downtown, and many places, and your ride is free.  
  
  
Buses for free. Trolleys can take you farther and for free too!  
Downtown 5 min driving  
Restaurants and bars are 7 min walking!!  
Airport 15 minutes driving
