The room had a strong musty smell, the chairs were not clean, the wait for the elevator was 20 minutes, the wait for the valet parking took 10 minutes, there was only 1 girl working during check in, the laundry machine was not working properly and it took us hours trying to get towels. Very unhappy and will never stay here again. Also, I did not realize the rental company was not in the US. Bad experience. Very unhappy. I would like a refund. ##### Kiesha F.
