Summary:
Stay in this delightful 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom with spacious living area and pool. The home features a renovated kitchen, with a smart Tv, fast WIFI, your own washer/dryer, 1 queen bed, 2 full trundle beds. Near to all of Miami's hot spots and only 10 minutes away from the beach. Biscayne Park is a very unique and special neighborhood. You will feel right at home staying with us, and our updated amenities.

Unit: This property is a duplex. The other unit is also rented with other world travelers like yourself & the pool is communal. Enjoy your day poolside with friends.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Master bedroom has a queen bed, and guest bedroom is equipped with 2 full trundle style beds. Lastly, the couch convert into a small twin sleeper that sleeps 1 guests.



COVID19 - CLEANING PROCEDURES
1- Cleaning staff uses handheld spray sanitizer to disinfect home when entering property.
2- UV light disinfectant is used on any touch surfaces - remote, light switches, countertops etc.
3- Touch surfaces are wiped down with disinfectant wipes.
4- Deep clean is thoroughly done every cleaning.
5- Sheets are deep washed with bleach and detergent.

This clean and comfortable home is in the heart of Biscayne Park. This 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom beautiful duplex is equipped with a pool. It comes with parking as well. It has loving upgraded interiors with marble floors, granite kitchen counters & new bathrooms. We have central AC, cable and wifi. You can catch a 5 minute Uber to Shops, Restaurants, Clubs & Parks. You are in the center of it all when you stay in our home. This is a duplex so interaction with other guests may be possible.

You will enjoy the captivating tree surroundings and, depending on the season, you will get to have some of our organic star fruit, papaya, mango or make healing moringa teas form our moringa tree.

Uber or Lyft is perfect. If you have your own vehicle it will be easiest to get around.

Excellent location, comfortable stay

This location is very well situated in a friendly and compact neighborhood steps away from its central park, and within easy driving distance of many commodities along biscayne or down at miami shores (while a bit further but easily accessible midtown, wynwood, aventura, bal harbour, and some of the beaches). The space itself is smaller than anticipated but comfortable. Space for living dining is sufficient for 4. There are 2 smalll bedrooms that are clean. The bathroom is updated and comfortable as well. The backyard is pleasant but access to the pool is not exclusive and requires exiting the immediate backyars, which may be worth noting. The internet service is acceptable but slow and patchy at times. Other aspects such as cooking appliances, washer/dryer, all function well. Overall location 10/10, Space 8/10, ammenities 8/10, communication 10/10. Would book again in future.
