Beautiful OCEAN-VIEW apartment, right ON THE BEACH

Enjoy breathtaking direct ocean views from your private terrace located directly on the beach with a direct access.

We are conveniently located close to restaurants, bars and shopping.
Just a 20 minute drive to Miami South Beach, the Aventura Mall, Hard Rock Casino Entertainment Center, Gulf Stream Village shops and Horse Race Course and 30 minutes to the famed Sawgrass Mills and Dolphin Mall outlet stores.

There is an inexpensive trolley, which stops at our building and does a loop stopping along the Boardwalk and downtown shopping area and back.

Master bedroom set is with King size bed, walk-in closet, full bathroom;
2nd bedroom with 2 queens beds and full bath;

Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, new refrigerator (with water dispenser), microwave, coffeemaker, blender, new dishwasher, all utensils and sitting area.

A large living room is with spacious dining area for 6, features a sofa set , ottoman and sitting area,access to the ocean view balcony.

2 spacious bathrooms one is with shower and 2nd with bath/ shower.

Southeast sun filled ocean side unit,

Free WiFi in the condo.

The building located close to the Fort Lauderdale airport and is situated on 12 miles of sandy white beaches. Walking distance from supermarkets, restaurants, groceries, etc.

From check in to check out process, the stay was worry free. Valet parking was cheap and fast! The condo was spacious, clean, stocked kitchen, and in a perfect location! Definitely will stay again!

8th Floor Hallandale Beach

Condo was well equipped with everything needed for a beach vacation including boogie boards and beach chairs. The beds and furniture were comfortable. Owner communication was very prompt. Would stay here again.

Beautiful Condo!

A well priced, and greatly located condo with beach view from balcony! Upon arrival you can expect an easy check in process and if any questions arise the host is quick to respond. Place is very clean and has all the essential items you may need upon arrival (towels, kitchen utensils, blankets). Overall, a wonderful stay, and will be back if I ever return to the area!

Florida Trip!

Myself and two other friends stayed at Victor’s condo for a week in April. We thoroughly enjoyed the condo and the amenities. Great location as the beach was in our back yard. Walmart was a 10 minute walk when we needed groceries. Beach chairs and towels were also supplied for our stay. I highly recommend this location if you are looking to stay in the heart of Hollywood Beach.

Right on the beach!

It was a very easy check-in process. We went to the beach often and appreciated the beach chairs at the unit. We could walk to several restaurants and also to Wal-Mart for some supplies and food. Viktor also responded quickly on any questions I had. Would stay there again!

I like the location of the property. Everything is close restaurants, publix supermarket, enjoy music and food. Beach next to us, pool nice and clean. Customer service and valet parking amazing. I recommended 100% this place. I will think in the future to come back. Thanks

Perfect!

This condo was perfect for the 4 of us. Our sons are 21 and 19. Plenty of room for everyone! The boys loved having their own queen size bed and bathroom. The unit had everything we needed! Great location! Very short walk to the beach and shopping across the bridge! Viktor was very quick to respond to messages! Will definitely look to stay here again next time we come to town!

Location, view and great matresses!

Easy check in, parking a breeze, condo clean but could get rid of broken beach chairs. The bedding was good quality along with pillows. Asked for repair on toilet seat and it was replaced quickly. Also more silverware was brought. The game room was a bonus too. Would come back.

Excellent condo to stay with the whole family, right on the beach, great location, close to Hollywood walk and highways, close to Miami. The pool is great for kids. The condo was spacious, super clean, everything working, new awesome design, towels, bags, chairs included. Everything you will need and more, the variety of appliances makes it very comfortable. Laundry right next to the unit. My whole family loved it!
